We have 5 Fiberesin squash courts, group classes in Spinning, Alpinning, and Indoor Rowing. Additionally, you can join our other group classes including:

Group classes
We offer a wide range of group classes in two exercise studios, all under the guidance of qualified instructors. For your maximum comfort, our sports centre is equipped with a special point-elastic TARAFLEX floor – a surface used in various sports at six Olympic Games.
Nutritional Counselling
Our Sport Centre offers services provided by certified nutrition specialists. At the moment, several consultants are available, so you can choose the one who suits you best.

Gym
We offer access to a spacious gym located in a 200 m2 area.
Badminton
We have two certified courts available for you. All equipment (rackets, shuttlecocks) can be rented at the SCE reception.

Group training sessions on Concept2 rowing machines.
Spinning
Spinning is an aerobic workout performed on stationary bikes that resemble exercise bikes at first glance.
TRX
A revolutionary training method that combines strength exercises using your own body weight and gravity.
Alpining
ALPINNING is a revolutionary and unique movement workout performed on special machines.
Bosu
If you need to strengthen your shoulders, core, and pelvis, Bosu training is just right for you.
Dance-fit
It is an aerobic fitness workout that will get you sweating. During this exercise, you shape your entire body through dancing.
Yoga
